My room was a Beautiful King Room. I could enjoy a restful night thanks to the spacious bed and the quiet atmosphere it kept.

I noticed the breakfast selection lacked variety, a few more Western options would have made it better. The shower pressure was very poor, so a more powerful shower would be nice to have.

i adored the hotel atmosphere, it felt so romantic. the pool was beautiful and refreshing. our breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of items, it was delicious.

The room had a smell, i suspect mold. the staff didn't understand when i asked about it. That was frustrating. the rooms also looked quite old to me. I expected better.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food was delicious. The hotel app made it easy to arrange everything. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The spa prices were VERY expensive with extra tax and service charges. The bar served industrial pineapple juice. There were only ice cubes in the juice.

The hotel kept everything spotlessly clean, with housekeeping attending to the details daily. The staff was helpful. They were available for advice and promptly handled bookings. I especially appreciated renting a car directly from the hotel. It was delivered right to the entrance.

I noticed a slight delay in getting drinks at the pool on one occasion.
